1. Subscription Fees
Non-Refundable
All subscription fees paid for accessing premium features on Switchology.in are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds, either full or partial, will be provided under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable
Subscription fees cannot be transferred to another account or user.
Section 02
2. Subscription Plans
Users may choose from various subscription plans that best meet their requirements. These plans may vary in terms of duration, features, and cost. Users are advised to review the details of each plan before subscribing.

3. Automatic Renewal
Automatic Renewal
Subscription plans may be set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Users will be charged unless they cancel before the renewal date.
Notification
Users will receive a notification regarding upcoming renewal and charges. It's the user's responsibility to manage subscription settings.
Section 04
4. Cancellation Policy
User-Initiated Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No Pro-Rated Refunds
Cancelling does not entitle the user to a pro-rated refund.
Immediate Effect
Once cancellation is processed, no future billing will occur.

5. Refund Requests
Given our non-refundable policy, refund requests will not be entertained. Users are encouraged to use trial periods before committing.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances.
Service Discontinuation
If Switchology discontinues the subscribed service.
Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Switchology.in management and must be supported with sufficient evidence.
