Company Information
Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information in their user profiles, representing the legal details of the company they are associated with. Misrepresentation of company name, address, or any other details will be deemed unlawful, and necessary actions will be taken.
Legal Responsibility
Users understand and accept that the information provided in their profiles is legally binding, and they are solely responsible for its accuracy. Any actions taken on the platform using the user's account will be assumed to have been authorized by the company represented in the profile.
Verification by Company Email
By verifying their company email address during the account creation process, users explicitly confirm that the information provided in their profiles is accurate and represents the legal details of the company they are associated with.
Confirmation of Accuracy
Users acknowledge that their information is true, complete and lawful.
Legal Consequences
Users acknowledge that misrepresentation may lead to legal consequences.
Acceptance of Terms on Behalf of the Company
By accepting the terms and conditions, users explicitly state that they are a representative of the company mentioned in their profiles. Users acknowledge that, as a representative, they have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of the company.
Responsibility for Acceptance
Users understand and accept that by accepting the terms and conditions, they are legally binding the company they represent to these terms. Users take full responsibility for ensuring their authority to accept these terms on behalf of the company.
Alternate Contact Information
In the absence of a company email address, whichever email and mobile number provided during the account creation process will be associated as the company's email address and mobile number. Users acknowledge that this information will be considered as the official contact information for the company on the Switchology platform.

3. Usage Guidelines
Lawful Use
Users must utilize Switchology for lawful purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Non-Disruptive Activity
Users shall refrain from engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the Service. Full responsibility lies with the user for any consequences resulting from actions that disrupt the normal operation of Switchology.
Account Suspension or Termination
Switchology reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these guidelines. Users understand and accept that their access to the platform may be restricted if they fail to adhere to these guidelines.
Responsibility for Results
Users take full responsibility for the outcomes derived from Switchology, including the accuracy of estimations and pricing information. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly review and verify the results provided by the platform to ensure their correctness and appropriateness for their specific needs.

All content on Switchology, encompassing software, text, graphics, logos, and any other materials, is the exclusive property of switchology.
Protected by Intellectual Property Laws
Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and international treaties.
Prohibited Actions
Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works without consent from swi.
Permissible Use
Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the content strictly for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
No Transfer of Ownership
No transfer of ownership or rights in the intellectual property is granted to users. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Reporting Infringements

swi reserves the right to notify users of violations and take actions including suspension or termination.

6. Cancellation or Refund Policy
Users may subscribe to premium features by selecting a subscription plan suitable to their requirements. Subscription fees are non-refundable; cancellation or refund of full or part payment is not accepted.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
Switchology strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. Switchology is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination of Service
Switchology reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
